High Peak Foodbank, based at Zink, provides emergency food to families referred in by support professionals. We cover Buxton, Chapel en le Frith, Hope Valley and Derbyshire Dales as far as Hartington and Bakewell.

Food donations can be made in many supermarkets, libraries and churches. You can also donate to the foodbank online [link].
If you find yourself in a position where you have no access to money or food, please ask one of the following organisations to refer you to us:
• Any kind of support worker
• Any health worker
• Citizens Advice
• Housing association
• School or church
• Other local support charity
like DFMH, Crossroads, P3 or Grapevine
• Jobcentre, probation or police
This list is not exhaustive and we will accept referrals from any support organisations.

High Peak Foodbank is an emergency service, and although we usually require a referral from a professional organisation, if you find yourself in an emergency situation where you have no access to food or money, and are unable to get hold of anyone to refer you; you can self-refer and receive a 24-hour food parcel to tide you over. You will also be offered an appointment with our advice worker to see if we can help or support you in any way.
